Equality Resides on Both Gender

            Every year, the month of March is celebrated as Women’s History Month. It is set aside to honor women’s contributions. It is celebrated to highlight and take notice at women’s achievements and discuss continuing and emerging women’s empowerment and other issues like gender equality and freedom.

Women’s empowerment is the process of empowering women which means promoting their sense of self-worth, freedom, the ability to choose their own preference and choices. Empowering women enables them to confidently and meaningfully engage with appropriate institutions to ensure that they contribute to and benefit from development and changes.

            Gender inequality is not just a human rights issue, it is also a waste of potential betterment of our world. By denying the women is like denying around 50% of our population to have a chance to live life at its fullest. By empowering women, it can be the reason for improvement of economy and many more

               In reflection on my experience that I have learned and gained during the second quarter of this school year, I have gained clarity on the major effects of procrastinating. There are challenges that appear everytime you delay your work, like getting pressured, stressing out and many more which caused negative impacts to my lifestyle and mental stability.             Regarding my specific gains in second quarter of this school year, I feel that I learned the most about the struggles of teachers.
