The Real Beauty of Philippines Resides Within its Culture

 

What is the factor that makes the Philippines different from other countries? There are quite few things but this topic will talk about the cultures of the Philippines. People from our country love to celebrate certain things and one of the most known way is through festivals. Festival is an event that is celebrated by people and centering on some characteristic aspect of that community and its religion or cultures.

            Due to the spreading of the Covid-19, it has created some challenges like maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks to avoid further spreading of the virus. Festivals in the middle of crisis are most likely to be not energetic as it is used to be in the years that have passed. Celebration of Fiestas in Vigan city amidst the Pandemic leaves a message to everyone that we should perpetuate things about culture despite having challenges to face how heavy it may be.

            There are may be many challenges that may come, cultures shouldn’t be forgotten and should be passed down to generations to preserve it. We should be mindful of our ways in celebrating festivals this pandemic to avoid catching and transferring the disease that is currently being spread worldwide.

Experience Makes a You Better as a Person

               In reflection on my experience that I have learned and gained during the second quarter of this school year, I have gained clarity on the major effects of procrastinating. There are challenges that appear everytime you delay your work, like getting pressured, stressing out and many more which caused negative impacts to my lifestyle and mental stability.             Regarding my specific gains in second quarter of this school year, I feel that I learned the most about the struggles of teachers.
