Preparation for the Unforeseen Event

 

          


  An Earthquake is the result of a sudden release of stored energy in the Earth’s crust. This type of disaster can cause major casualties like tsunamis, landslides and fires. The occurrence of earthquake is unpredictable and unexpected and can happen sooner or later. Many people doesn’t know the fact that they need to get prepared as soon as possible because it can be used when the time comes and also can be used to help people who doesn’t know what to do.

            Spreading awareness to adult and students and even children that preparation for emergency situation is so much needed because when the earthquake hits, they’ll know what they’ll do and not just panic and run around exhausting themselves and decreasing their chance of survival. Participating on such events like earthquake drill will help because there are people who will guide you on what will you do.

            Learning such things will help you and others a lot during tight situations. Having the correct response to the occurrence of an earthquake is essential to increasing your survival rate as well as others’ survival rate.

               In reflection on my experience that I have learned and gained during the second quarter of this school year, I have gained clarity on the major effects of procrastinating.
